Available Food Offerings:  Since our specialty is Cajun-boiled seafood, our primary food offerings for catered events include Louisiana crawfish, Gulf shrimp, and/or snow crab legs along with the fixings (corn, potatoes, and sausage).  We also offer a selection of Cajun entrees such as seafood gumbo, crawfish etouffee, crawfish chowder, red beans and rice with sausage, and chicken and sausage jambalaya.
