2023 marked our 6^th season selling live sacks of crawfish.  Our favorite season of all!  Our live crawfish season typically runs from about mid-January thru late June. 

Live crawfish pricing is adjusted weekly based on the market price in Louisiana.  We typically post pricing by noon on Mondays and require live crawfish orders to be submitted no later than 10AM on Wednesdays each week.  We receive live crawfish on Thursday mornings and they are available for pickup at our Opelika market either Thursday afternoon, Friday, or Saturday morning by noon.   

To place live sack orders, we do require that you pay an advance deposit to guarantee your order.  Required deposit amounts are $109.00 ($100+tax) for full sacks and $54.50 ($50+tax) for half sacks. To guarantee your order, please complete the form and make payment on-line by 10AM Wednesday!  Preferred payment methods are credit/debit card or Venmo.  Once order is received, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

**Full sacks typically range between 30-40 lbs and half sacks are usually between 15-20 lbs.
